Development of high precision digital magnetometer

Abstract Aiming at the low measurement accuracy of magnetometer, a high stability constant current source circuit is developed to drive indium arsenide Hall sensor, designs self stabilizing zero preamplifier pick up magnetic field signal, and uses low-noise structure adaptively adjust signal amplification make reach highest signal-to-noise ratio. After analog-to-digital conversion with high-linearity ADC, least square method used correct nonlinearity caused by hall so as improve magnetometer in whole range. Through verification test, better than 0.5% within measuring range 3T, which meets requirements high-precision industrial production.
